I am. It is a place of knowing. It is enough. We can feel whole and complete and full with these two simple words. It is where I found authentic happiness. It is a place of freedom and fresh air with a constant flow of oneness with Source for the soul. This is my … positive psychology pursuit.
When people judge you based on their knowledge of you, don’t take it personally. Nobody knows you but you.
I learned this in the whirl wind of hardship. I centered my intuitive voice as an anchor. It saved me from drowning in the ugliness of the world. The world can be overwhelming at times. Hold onto your anchor that is your humanity.
If they are wrong, don’t argue. When you argue with someone on their opinion, it tells them that they have won.
Be You. Become successful as yourself. Not because of the opinions of others, but because they have no part in deciding your life.
If you focus on you, where you want to go, who you want to align yourself with, how wonderful your own successful life is, you will learn the greatest gift of all.
You will be a complete person.
With that said, in order to become the best version of you, do no harm. Don’t set out to hurt others just to hurt them; or step on them to get ahead in your own life; or push them out of the way to grab some tangible thing that in the greater scheme of things, is not important to the ‘you’ that you wish to become.
Also, giving of yourself to others (volunteering) without accolades or need for approval (or likes) is the best test of how well you know your own ego; free of the opinions of others.
Self Trust is Knowing
The rest of August is all about creating for the House of Henry Healing. It has nothing to do with anyone or anything other than living in the moment of the creation, and nothing else. I am a painter as well as a writer and scholar/practitioner. No one title is enough.
This is what brings me joy. This is what completes me.
How do you complete the “I am”? Do you know clearly?
When I am in the ‘knowing’ flow, I am on the path I was born to be on. I am pursuing my own happiness through my first person narrative. I ‘am’ because I have lived in a place of leaving myself out of the equation for too long. The shift is a subtle, tangible reality.
I don’t refer to the past in a story of ‘now’. I am also not afraid of the past version of who I was. When we fear any part of our lives, we are trapped there.
To know who we are is the most powerful feeling there is.
More so than arriving at happiness, or joy, or success. To know ourselves is the ultimate place of peace.
That, to me, is the mountain top moment for this nomadic nomad.
Peace and Love,
