Inge Beckers
Inge has been working in HR for more than twenty years and currently works as a Talent Development Specialist for the Belgian EMEA-I head office of an American company. In this company she is involved in development programs for employees and managers, and active as an internal coach. As a coach, she wants to help people to work out their own power and authenticity and help them grow and flourish in whatever they do. Working daily with people gives her energy and motivation. Inge prefers to coach people with a ‘soft power’ whilst looking at and using their values and strengths. In her coaching, she combines positive psychology, NLP and Mindfulness.
After finishing her Masters degree in Positive Psychology (MAPP) she started her own side business, Flow and Connection, which specializes in coaching and training in Positive Leadership.
