
One of top predictors of happiness is the positive relationships one has in their life. Consequently, one of the top reasons for divorce is lack of communication in a relationship. How we attend to, behave and communicate with others is a high predictor of how that relationship will turn out. Positive Psychology includes several characteristics that address how positive relationships can be nurtured.
These characteristics include: showing gratitude, compassion, empathy, love and support, savoring, positive communication, appreciating, forgiving and many more.
