					<description><![CDATA[In general, relaxation connotes doing nothing. However, life, with all its splendor requires movements. Therefore, the art of learning to move with minimal amount of energy, in order to fulfill any task at hand, is a skill.

Take writing as an example. It takes energy to hold the pen firm enough to be able to write legibly. Any less energy will not get the desired objective. Any more energy (intensity of force use to do so) needed will not make one&#039;s writing any more legible or readable.

Even as I type these words, I am using &quot;just&quot; enough amount of force to hit the keyboard. My fingers are relaxed and so are my eyes, my shoulders, my back muscles, my neck, and just about any muscles that are not needed to accomplish my task at hand, which is, typing this message.

Harder doesn&#039;t always mean better.

Easy enough in theory, but it takes a lot of practice and patience.
