Andrew Machon – A Guiding Hand

“A Guiding Hand” is a set of cards and a book inspired by the Northern Lights, which Andrew observed and photographed over a 10-year period. The cards contain words and phrases that came from moments of contemplation while observing the Lights, and are intended to offer personal and professional guidance.

Andrew has drawn a card each week and created a blog post and podcast inspired by the words on the card. The cards and book offer practical guidance for positive psychology practitioners and anyone facing personal or professional challenges. Andrew hopes to provide a guiding hand to readers through these weekly conversations.
