I have recently looked at hope from the point of view of ensuing my goals are self concordant (i.e. because I want to do them not because I fell I have to do them). This reframing of my goals made a huge difference to my sense of hope. Have you also thought of doing a &#039;Best Self&#039; diary (see Lyubormisrsky&#039;s book &#039;The How of Hope&#039;) where you visualise yourself in the future that you want for yourself? This is quite effective too. Good luck with your studies!]]></description>
