					<description><![CDATA[Interesting question. Upon reflection and given your description I think I agree with you Bryony. However, I would argue that in terms of gardening, whether an experience is flow state or mindfulness would vary from person to person. 

You are obviously a skilled gardener and in carrying out your gardening activities you are fully engaged and always looking for how you can improve your garden using your garden design and management skills. Therefore, the control element is very much present. 

Conversely, another person&#039;s experience could be different. They might simply be immersing themselves in the moment and enjoying the garden in a mindful rather than flow state way.
