On the manager&#039;s side it could&#039;ve been a power play, an ego match, a bad night before arguing with the wife...we can&#039;t always know why before we find ourselves embroiled in &#039;because&#039;. Stuart Dickson is obviously professional and emotively responsible based upon this dialogue. It has been my experience that a person&#039;s strength is also the locus of their greatest weakness, and he is right, it&#039;s time to understand confrontation through a skill set designed to create effective communication and dumb-down the spikes in fight/flight or right cortisol.]]></description>
