					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for highlighting such an important and undervalued profession Sarah. My brother, who had a brain injury and mental health issues, was terminally ill for a year. He spent most of that year in bed and the carers that came to visit it gave him more than just physical care. They became people he could laugh and cry with, he looked forward to their visits and in his final days they were a wonderful support to our family as we all worked together to make his passing a loving and gentle experience. These wonderful, caring people so often go above and beyond and yet get little acknowledgement or care for themselves.]]></description>
