					<description><![CDATA[I appreciated your emphasis on dealing with what a person CAN control, their own outlook and attitude verses making the attempt to change the other person...however, some people frequently struggle with appropriate social interactions for various reasons. While the &quot;bad seed&quot; exercise helps someone shake it off...i would not suggest encouraging others to view someone else in a negative light which might lead to the shunning and isolating of that person who they may have to collaborate and work with...perhaps a throwing &quot;happy dust happy dust&quot; mentally towards the person would serve the same?]]></description>
